In a recent interview with Germany's Handelsblatt newspaper, Tesla CEO Elon Musk had some strong words for Apple.<br />So, when asked whether Apple's move to hire "some of Tesla's most important engineers" worries Musk, he basically laughed in the reporter's face.<br />Cupertino reportedly offers $250,000 signing bonuses and 60 percent salary increases to Tesla employees who join Apple.<br />Despite their differences, talk of a possible merger or partnership continues, most recently during Apple's annual meeting in March, when two shareholders asked about an acquisition.<br />"It's good that Apple is moving and investing in this direction," Musk said about Cupertino's rumored electric car , known internally as Project Titan.
