Footage of an explosion which tore through a restaurant in eastern China on Saturday, killing at least 17 people.<br /><br />A fire at the restaurant in Wuhu City, Anhui province caused a gas cylinder to explode, according to local media.<br /><br />Footage obtained by Newsflare shows the moment of the blast and people running from the scene.
