A cool video has emerged of the recent floods in Sumter, South Carolina, captured from a dirt bike.<br /><br />Filmed on October 4th, the video shows the rider crossing severely flooded roads.<br /><br />"The second day of the flood. Roads were flooded bad," the filmer wrote online.
