Learn how to cook Indian style Chicken Tangdi Kabab recipe at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />8 Chicken Leg Pieces <br />1 Cup Coriander Leaves <br />2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crush <br />1/2 Lemon Juice <br />1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder <br />2 tbsp Mix Masala <br />1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />Salt to taste <br />Oil <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- To make the kabab, in a bowl take chicken pieces. <br />- Marinate the chicken pieces with coriander leaves, ginger garlic crush, turmeric powder, salt, mix masala, lemon juice, coriander seeds powder, salt & kitchen king masala. <br />- In a frying pan heat some oil.
