Selena Gomez isn't quite ready to talk about her lupus diagnosis.<br />The 23-year-old singer/actress appeared on the Today show Monday morning to perform songs from her new album Revival.<br />When asked about her battle with lupus, she demurred: "To be honest, it still kind of makes me a little uncomfortable to talk about."<br />Gomez recently revealed to Billboard magazine that during her time away from the spotlight, she was undergoing chemotherapy for the autoimmune disease.<br />During a chat with Today's Matt Lauer and Hoda Kotb on Monday, Gomez spoke of her decision to share her personal story.<br />"I feel I'm able to reach my fans and understand people when I am one-on-one with them, and they're kind of dealing with the same thing," the "Same Old Love" singer said.<br />"So, I'm just trying to take something that maybe is negative and turn it into a positive."
