Shocking footage has emerged from China of a bridge collapsing during a demolition, shortly before work was due to begin. <br /><br />The CCTV footage, captured in Hubei Province, shows an excavator suddenly falling into a sixteen-metre pit when operating in the middle of the bridge on Tuesday, along with two workers standing nearby. <br /><br />According to news reports, the bridge was undergoing 'demolition work' when the incident happened. Three people - the two workers and the excavator driver - were injured and are currently kept in a local hospital.
