video shows a group of men and women crowding round the baby – which looks still and unmoving. <br /> <br />A woman sporting red plastic gloves carefully breaks apart the bag to free the tiny human life. <br /> <br />As she frees the baby's legs it kicks them out and it is apparent the umbilical cord and placenta are still attached. <br /> <br />The good samaritan then carefully lifts the baby out of its plastic home and places it into a piece of cloth laid on the floor by another woman. <br /> <br />She also tucks the placenta back into the bin bag. <br /> <br />As the baby is lifted into the fabric it spreads out its tiny arms – as though it knows it is being rescued. <br /> <br />It is not known where exactly the footage was taken but the Live Leak user who first uploaded the footage believed it to be somewhere in the Philippines. <br /> <br />Meanwhile, a mum was subject to outrage earlier this week when she appeared to post a photo of her young baby with tape binding his arms and mouth.
