Count Kim Kardashian among those who feel that a miracle has taken place .<br />Shortly after arriving in Las Vegas Saturday afternoon to visit Lamar Odom , her second time in Vegas since he was hospitalized Tuesday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star finally broke her silence on social media.<br />The pregnant star, who canceled her baby shower that was planned for this weekend in light of what happened, included a throwback photo of herself dancing with Lamar at a black-tie affair, adding, "God is good!"<br />Lamar woke up from a coma Friday morning and was able to speak for the first time since his overdose at a brothel in Nevada.
