Some of the things I could do for you are: <br />- Proactive visits to your customers' facilities when things are going well. <br />- Get in touch with your customer after a quality complaint. <br />- If you and/or I believe that a quality issue is not caused by your company, I could help you prove it in order to avoid a possible inspection/rework. <br />- Coordinate an inspection/rework when needed (either you decide to use QUEST or a different Sorting company for the activity). <br />- Send you full reports, traceability information, pictures and sample pieces. <br />- Having a gauge/fixture made or buying a tool if needed. <br />- Represent your company in meetings when required. <br />- Help you find transportation and/or storage.
