Usher was left speechless during a recent visit to the White House when President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama surprised him for his birthday.<br />PHOTOS: Obama's famous pals<br />The impromptu moment went down at a meet-and-greet in the Oval Office. The R&B singer, 37, was taken aback when a woman interrupted their conversation to give Flotus, 51, a candlelit cupcake in Usher's honor.<br />"Oh, look at that!" POTUS, 54, said before breaking out into song. "Happy birthday Usher, happy birthday to you!
