Secret agent James Bond (James Marlowe) is on the trail of the culprit responsible for a terrorist group and several assassination plots. His search leads him across Europe and eventually to the Russian weapons manufacturer, Nikolai Volkov (Rob Marlowe). Sent by M (Rob Marlowe), head of MI6, Bond meets with Henry Jones (Drew Craft), a fellow spy, and encounters the mysterious Natasha Siyonovich (Kathryn Pearse).
