So this is a simple, not so simple 3 ingredient cocktail… Yes the classic has Scotch as it’s base spirit; but you can (and we do) use any whiskey/ whisky/ bourbon that you like.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />2 oz Scotch or Bourbon<br />Ginger ale<br />Club soda<br />Glass: Collins<br /><br />Method:<br />Add the Scotch or Bourbon to a collins glass and fill with ice. <br />Pour in equal amounts of ginger ale, and club soda. Serve.
