Kelly Clarkson knows what her firstborn child, daughter River, is getting for Christmas: a baby brother.<br />The inaugural American Idol winner-turned-pop star first spilled the beans about Baby No. 2 back in August, when she asked a Los Angeles audience to overlook her overactive hormones.<br />"I'm totally pregnant," the always upfront Clarkson announced unexpectedly, explaining, "I was crying and I didn't want you to think I was crazy."<br />Carrying River, who turns 2 in June, was no cakewalk for the first-time mom.<br />In 2013, she confessed to several interviewers that she'd had a "horrible pregnancy," suffering hyperemesis gravidarum, the same severe morning sickness that plagued Duchess Kate for both of her pregnancies.
