She began her presentation with a delightful 'winged' routine, which enchanted us all and broke the ice. She was to teach a room of mixed aged women, none of whom wished to make a fool of themselves! <br />After an explanation of the moral approach she takes to dance and drawing very clear guidelines about meaning and behaviour, she moved onto her lesson - distributing scarves and costume as people wished. <br />What followed was a wonderfully entertaining evening....even the most anti-exerciser was drawn in! We all found our core, hips and other useful bits - and had huge fun! <br />One warning - a clock watcher this girl ain't!!
