A video has emerged from the United States of a brand new iPhone 6S bursting into flames when a man douses it with bromine.<br /><br />In the video, which captured on Friday in Placer County, the filmer places some aluminium foil in a container, puts the phone on top and then pours in the bromine, causing a powerful chemical reaction. <br /><br />After several splashes of bromine, the smart phone bursts into flames and is completely destroyed.<br /><br />"You've probably never wondered what happens when you pour liquid bromine on an iPhone 6S," the filmer wrote online.<br /><br />"All you need to know is this stuff is NASTY. Probably shouldn't try it," he added.
