Khloé Kardashian is dedicated to helping Lamar Odom recover, but despite calling off their divorce, the couple won't be reconciling romantically.<br />The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star opens up to People magazine about her and Lamar's situation and explains that everything is far more complicated than it appears.<br />"It's out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now," Khloé tells the magazine.<br />Lamar was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel Oct. 13 following a drug overdose, and Khloé has been by his side in the hospital ever since; however, the E!<br />star insists she only wants to be there for him while he recovers.
