Mutton khara masala OR Khara Masala Gosht is a North Indian dish. Recipe name say it self that meat is cooked in whole spices so the process is simple. Believe me this dish has awesome flavor and taste. <br />INGREDIENTS: <br />Mutton 1/2 kg <br />GARAM MASALA WHOLE( WHOLE SPICES) list <br />cloves 4-5 (sorry i forgot in video) <br />whole red chillies 4 pieces <br />white cumin seeds 1 tsp <br />black cumin seeds 1/2 tsp <br />whole black pepper 1/2 tsp <br />black cardamom 2 <br />cinnamon stick 2 small pieces <br />macr 1 piece <br />bay leaves 2 <br />combine all the whole spices and set aside <br />FOR GRAVY: <br />oil OR ghee 1/2 cup <br />ginger chopped 1 tbsp <br />garlic chopped 2 tbsp <br />onions 2 large sliced <br />2 medium tomatoes <br />yogurt 1/4 cup OR 4 tbsp <br />red chili powder 1/2 tsp <br />salt as required <br />FOR GARNISH: <br />coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp <br />green chilies 1-2 cut into slices <br />ginger julienne for garnish <br /> <br />For more easy and yummy recipes Subscribe to my YouTube Channel.
