In this special episode of Ruchkar Mejwani, we have with us the famous and beautiful Indo - German actress Suzanne Bernert. She shares her journey as an actress and also talk about food and her latest Marathi film Than Than Gopal. <br /> <br />Than Than Gopal directed by Karthik Shetty releases on 30th October 2015! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />2 Cup Urad Dal <br />2 Carrots, grated <br />1 tbsp Garlic, crushed <br />1 tbsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) <br />1 tsp Green Chillies, chopped <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- First, soak the urad dal over night in some water. Grind the dal to a smooth paste. This urad dal batter is ready for use. <br />- In a bowl, add the urad dal batter, grated carrot, garlic, kasuri methi, coriander leaves, green chillies & salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Add little water if required. <br />- Make small pakodas and deep fry them in hot oil. <br />- Serve the hot Pakodas with tomato ketchup.
