A silent memorial was held in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, on Sunday with thousands of people marching through the city a deadly nightclub fire that left dozens of people dead and scores more seriously injured.<br /><br /> Three people died of their injuries on Sunday – bringing the death toll to 30.<br /><br /> The death toll from the blaze looks likely to rise.<br /><br /> More than 140 people are being treated in hospital, and Romanian authorities say more than half of them are in severe or critical condition.<br /><br /> Witnesses have said fireworks set off inside the Colectiv Club caused the blaze.<br /><br /> “This is not the first event involving (indoor) fireworks and I know about two other incidents,” said a man taking part in the march.<br /><br /> “(There was) a concert in a similar deserted factory hall, where two people were injured over a year ago. And another time, three years ago, when a firework used on stage used on stage hit me in the face, almost burning my eyes and my hair.”<br /><br /> A criminal investigation has been launched
