Footage has emerged from China of a man being rescued from the roof of his car that stalled in the flood water under a bridge.<br /><br />In the video, filmed in Hubei Province on Sunday, firefighters can be seen rowing the dinghy to bring the man back to the dry ground.<br /><br />According to local media, the driver underestimated the depth of the slope and tried to drive across the water, leaving himself in serious trouble.
