Finding a parking space can be annoying, but one driver in China has found a creative way to park. <br /><br />A video has emerged from Hubei Province, China of a car parking on the stairs in front of a building with two wheels placed on top of two concrete cylinders on a pavement.<br /><br />According to news reports, the driver intentionally put the car onto the blocks with the help of his friends and said it was only for fun.<br /><br />However, police still issued him a fine for illegal parking.
