Shankarpale is a popular crunchy sweet fritters that are simple & easy to make at home during Diwali. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />250 gms All Purpose Flour (Maida) <br />1 Cup Water <br />1 Cup Sugar <br />1 Cup Ghee <br />Pinch of Salt <br />Oil for frying <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a round bottom pan heat some water. Add sugar, ghee, salt and mix everything.
