An amazing video has emerged from western China of a white wind vortex that looks like a skinny tornado appearing near a construction site under bright sunshine. <br /> <br />The video, captured by an employee on the site in Qinghai Province on Thursday, shows the slender, twister-like wind passing through the sandy ground while spectators are amazed by the unusual phenomenon. <br /> <br />According to the filmer Mr Wang, the strange weather lasted about two or three minutes before it faded. <br /><br />Fortunately, the wind was not strong enough to cause any injuries or damage.
