15min Workout Routine - You Can Do Anywhere Without Weights (More Fit, Less Effort)

I've maintained six pack abs for over 10 years while traveling around the world to 77 countries. I often don't have access to regular gym equipment or reliable access to all the healthy food I'd prefer to eat.
