Learn how to make healthy Eggless Pancakes, a quick and easy breakfast recipe for kids from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Cup Milk <br />200 gms All Purpose Flour (Maida) <br />2 tbsp Butter <br />2 tbsp Wheat Flour <br />4 tbsp Sugar <br />1/4th tsp Baking Soda <br />Pinch of Salt <br />For Garnishing: <br />Chocolate Sauce <br />Honey <br />Sugar Balls <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large bowl, add some milk & sugar. Stir well till the sugar melts. <br />- Melt some butter and add it to the milk. Stir well. <br />- Add wheat flour, salt, baking soda. Mix everything well. <br />- Then add all purpose flour and again mix well. <br />- Add little milk while stirring to get a pouring consistency. <br />- Heat very little oil on a pan. Make round shaped pancakes and roast them till golden brown. <br />- Garnish the pancakes with chocolate sauce, honey and sugar balls.
