Doing flat bench chest exercise with 31 raps on 55 lbs & 7 raps at 121 lbs. and followingly doing dumbbell press on flat bench. <br /> <br />2. Doing incline bench chest exercise with 22 raps on 55 lbs & 9 raps at 88 lbs. and followingly doing dumbbell press on incline bench. <br /> <br />3. Doing decline bench chest exercise with 22 raps on 55 lbs and followingly doing dumbbell press on decline bench. <br /> <br />4. Doing butterfly exercises. <br /> <br />5.
