Ukraine won't pay debt to Russia if Moscow refuses restructuring

As Ukraine’s $3 billion Russian debt deadline looms, Ukranian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk says that Kiev will impose "a moratorium" on paying back the debt, if Moscow does not agree to restructuring.
