Learn how to make Maharashtrian style Bangda (Indian Mackerel) fish fry, a quick & easy recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />3 Bangda Fish (Indian Mackerel) <br />2 tbsp Oil <br />2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves & Garlic paste <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala <br />1/2 Lemon Juice <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Marinate the fish with coriander-garlic paste, mix masala, salt and lemon juice. <br />- Heat some oil in a flat bottom pan. <br />- Place the fish on the pan for frying. Cover it with a lid and let the fish cook for 10 minutes on one side. <br />- After 10 minutes flip the fish and again let it cook for 10 minutes on the other side. <br />- Garnish the fish with coriander leaves and serve.
