Actor Charlie Sheen will reportedly reveal his HIV secret in an interview with Matt Lauer on Today. <br /> <br />"The interview could open up a lot of sympathy for him, but he has to be concerned about litigation from former sexual partners," Howard Bragman, a Hollywood publicist and crisis manager. <br /> <br />The actor’s diagnosis reportedly came after their marriage, which ended in 2006, and therefore she and their children are not HIV positive. <br /> <br />A source told Us Weekly that he ‘got infected after they were together, four years ago or so.’ <br /> <br />Since then, the actor has reportedly become increasingly more isolated, particularly over the last two years. During that time, it’s claimed he started paying $30,000 for porn stars to visit him at his house, and has taken to regularly smoking crack cocaine. <br /> <br />Sheen has been married three times and has five children. <br /> <br />His first marriage was to Donna Peele and his second to former Bond girl Denise Richards. <br /> <br />Richards and Sheen have two daughters together, Sam and Lola.
