Eagles of Death Metal speak out after Paris attacks: 'Love overshadows evil'

Five days after the terrorist attacks that killed at least 129 people in Paris - including dozens at the Bataclan concert hall - Eagles of Death Metal, the American band playing the Bataclan when the siege began, issued a statement about the attacks via Facebook.<br />"While the band is now home safe, we are horrified and still trying to come to terms with what happened in France," the band writes.<br />They pay tribute to four members of the music industry who were killed at the Bataclan - including merchandise manager Nick Alexander, Universal exec Thomas Ayad, Marie Mosser and Manu Perez.<br />They also thank authorities, including the French Police and the FBI, for the work they've done during and since the attacks.<br />The band was performing on stage when the attackers stormed the Bataclan Friday night.<br />An Instagram video showed the stunned musicians as the first shots rang out.<br />The band then reportedly managed to escape offstage.
