<p>Europe is currently facing the largest movement of people in recorded history. William Lacy Swing, director of the International Organization for Migration, says Europe "cannot stop the arrivals and they shouldn't". </p><br />For him, 800,000 migrants arriving in Europe is "perfectly manageable if we have the right policies and the commitment to try to support these people".
