Learn how to make Prawns Paratha / Kolambi Parantha, a healthy and quick Indian breakfast recipe from our chef Archana. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Cup Prawns <br />2 Onions, chopped <br />2 Tomatoes, chopped <br />2 tbsp Oil <br />1 tbsp Garlic, chopped <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Water <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Marinate the prawns with coriander-garlic paste and salt. <br />- In pan heat some oil. Add onions, tomatoes, garlic, coriander leaves and salt. Saute everything for 10 minutes. <br />- With the help of a masher, mash the tomatoes & onions. <br />- Add mix masala and mix well. <br />- Add marinated prawns, coriander leaves and little water. Mix everything well. <br />- Cover it and let everything cook for 10 minutes. <br />- Keep the mixture aside to cool down. <br />- Make a soft dough with flour, oil and water. <br />- Make small size round balls to make flat rotis. <br />- Fill the stuffing in the rotis and seal the edges as shown in the video. <br />- Heat up some oil on a flat pan. Roast the parathas till they show brown spots.
