OSBE është e gatshme te kontribuoje për reformën zgjedhore. Kjo garanci i është dhënë ministrit te jashtëm Edmond Haxhinasto gjate një takimi qe ai ka zhvilluar ne Vjenë me sekretarin e përgjithshëm të OSBE, Zanier.<br />Gjate këtij takimi kryediplomati shqiptar Haxhinasto ka garantuar OSBE për vullnetin e qeverise për zbatimin e rekomandimeve te OSBE/ODIHR. Edhe pse PD dhe PS kane caktuar negociatoret për reformën zgjedhore, bisedimet kane ngecur dhe ende nuk ka një produkt konsensual për amendimin e ligjit zgjedhor.<br /><br />OSCE is ready to contribute to electoral reform.
