Opozita ka kundërshtuar ne parlament mbikëqyrjen elektronike te personave te inkriminuar. Deputetet e PS e kane cilësuar këtë ligj si te pazbatueshëm për shkak te mungesës se infrastrukturës, por edhe si një nisme qe le hapësira për abuzim, ndërkohë qe Ministri i Drejtësisë, Eduard Halimi, duke theksuar se opozita nuk po tregon vullnet për te reformuar sistemin e drejtësisë, ka deklaruar se ky draft do te ule numrin e te burgosurve ne burgje dhe do tu vije ne ndihme te miturve dhe nenave me fëmijë. Pas miratimit te këtij ligji një kategori e caktuar te burgosurish do te mbikëqyren me byzylyk elektronik, pa patur nevoje për forca policie për ti ruajtur. <br /> <br />The opposition in parliament has opposed electronic surveillance of persons incriminated.
