Prokuroria lëshoi tre flet arresti, duke kërkuar mase arresti me burg për tre persona. Listën e kryeson ish-komandanti i gardës, Ndrea Predi, shoferi i tij Margarit Kume, si dhe përgjegjësi i serverit qendror ne kryeministri Armando Kasajn.<br />Por edhe kësaj radhe gjykata vendosi një mase me te bute duke i lenë te tre te akuzuarit për ngjarjet tragjike te "21 janarit", ne mase arresti shtëpie. Ky i fundit akuzohet për manipulimin e provës, ose armës me te cilën dyshohet te këtë qëlluar shefi i tij, Ndrea Prendi. Kjo është hera e dyte qe organi i akuzës, tenton te arrestoje kreun e gardës.
