Rinisja e reshjeve te dëborës ka shtuar problemet ne zonat e thella te verilindjes e juglindjes. Ne qarkun e Korçës 20 fshatra rezultojnë te izoluara, disa prej te cilave, si ato te komunës Lekas, te bllokuara rishtas. Edhe ne Dibër, dëbora ka krijuar vështirësi ne qarkullim ne rrugën nacionale Bulqizë-Peshkopi. Ne fshatrat e thelle te Kukësit dhjetëra banore ankohen se kane mbetur jashtë, pas shembjes se shtëpive nga dëbora. Familja Koldashi ne Ujmisht është strehuar prej një muaji tek fqinjët, ndërkohë qe demet ne banesën e tyre nuk janë verifikuar ende. Ne Ujmisht është dëmtuar edhe godina e komunës dhe deri tani nuk është ndërhyrë as për riparimin e saj.
