Çdo kërkesë qe ka lidhje me interesa te ngushta politike personale dhe private nuk prodhon gjë te mire ne futbollin shqiptar. <br />Është ky komenti i kreut te federatës shqiptare te futbollit ne lidhje me iniciativën e disa presidenteve te klubeve te superliges për krijimin e ligës profesioniste ne Shqipëri. Sipas Armand Dukes deri tani nuk ka një kërkesë zyrtare ne institucionin qe ai drejton nga këto klube. Disa dite me pare drejtuesit e Flamurtarit dhe Pogradecit ishin iniciatorët për krijimin e një lige profesioniste ne futbollin shqiptar.
