Mazhoranca deklaron votën kundër kandidatit Ardian Visha, propozuar nga një grup deputetesh socialiste për një vend ne KLD. Edhe pse do shkohet ne votim te fshehte, demokratet Alibeaj dhe Paloka thane se avokati Visha nuk përmbush kriteret për ne qeverinë e gjyqësorit. Nënkryetari socialist i Komisionit te Ligjeve, Fatmir Xhafaj, u shpreh se propozimi i Ardian Vishes, i cili ka qene avokat i Fatmir Mediut ne dosjen "Gërdeci", nuk ndryshon aspak qëndrimin e opozitës mbi fajësinë e ish-ministrit te Mbrojtjes. Kandidati Visha pohoi ne seancën dëgjimore se është i bindur ne pafajësinë e Mediut. Duke njohur qëndrimet e palëve ne raport me çështjen "Gërdeci", juristi Visha pohoi se priste votën pro nga shumica, me tepër se nga opozita. Por ajo qe e bashkoi mazhorancen dhe Prokurorinë e Përgjithshme ne një vlerësim për ish-zyrtarin e akuzës, ishte thyerja e këtij urdhri te Ina Rames ne 2007-ën, për te mos u transferuar nga qendra ne një prokurori rrethi. Ne fakt, raporti i numrave ne parlament mund te vihet ne pikëpyetje. Duke qene votim i fshehte, demokratet mendohet se kane te sigurta 67 vota. Për shkak te lidhjeve personale, vota e Fatmir Mediut dhe LSI është e paqarte, po ashtu edhe e 4 deputeteve te konsideruar te pavarur.
