Ministri i Drejtësisë, Eduart Halimi, i ka quajtur te pavërteta akuzat e bëra ne drejtim te tij, se është paguar te institucioni i Avokatit te Shtetit edhe tre muaj pas shpalljes se tij si deputet i Kuvendit te Shqipërisë. Ne një interviste për "Vizion Plus" kreu i drejtësie sqaron se ai ka qëndruar ne detyrën e Avokatit te Shtetit deri ne momentin qe ka ardhur zëvendësuesi. Lidhur me faksimilen e një dokumenti pagese te botuar ne shtypin e ditës, ministri thekson se ai ne asnjë rast nuk ka marre dy paga, edhe si deputet, edhe si avokat i shtetit. Kreu i Drejtësisë sqaron me tej se rasti i tij nuk ka asnjë ngjashmëri me mandatin e socialistit Ilir Beqja dhe se për këtë është shprehur edhe Gjykata Kushtetuese. Halimi thekson ne fund se do ta jepte dorëheqjen nëse do te provohej fakti se ai ka marre dy paga njëkohësisht. <br /> <br />Minister of Justice, Edward Halimi, called the false allegations made in his direction, that is paid to the institution of the State Attorney, three months after its promulgation as a Member of Parliament. In an interview for "Vision Plus" head of justice explains that he has stayed in the office of State Attorney until the replacement has arrived. Regarding payment facsimile of a document published in the daily newspapers, the minister states that he in no case has received two salaries, even as an MP, even as state attorney. Head of Justice further explained that his case has no resemblance to the socialist mandate Ilir Beqja and that this is expressed Constitutional Court. Halimi says in the end he would resign if to prove the fact that he has received two salaries at once.
