Komisioni i reformës elektorale miraton një tjetër kapitull te rëndësishëm te Kodit qe lejon aplikimin për here te pare te numërimit elektronik ne procesin zgjedhor ne 2013.<br />Por kompromisi i deritanishëm është vene seriozisht ne rrezik, pasi demokratet nuk pranuan një propozim te socialisteve për verifikimin e materialeve zgjedhore pranë VNV, për te cilin Damian Gjiknuri u shpreh se ishte rene dakord me herët. Veç kësaj mosmarrëveshje te papritur mes dy partive te mëdha, ajo qe le serish te pakënaqura partitë e vogla është shpërfillja prej komisionit te posaçme, i propozimit për korrektimin e sistemit. Megjithëse kane dorëzuar pranë Kuvendit një dokument me 26 firma, edhe te kreut te mazhorances Berisha e liderit te opozitës Rama, serish ky draft nuk do te diskutohet nga Komisioni.
