Kur ka kaluar e shume se një muaj nga skadimi i afatit te komisionit për reformën zgjedhore kreu i prezencës se OSBE ne Tirane Eugen Wolfarth ka përsëritur nevojën e përfundimit te ligjit zgjedhor.
