Ministria e Arsimit nuk ka përjashtuar rastet e kopjimeve apo daljes se disa pyetjeve te testit ne provimet me zgjedhje, por ka pohuar se kjo nuk cenon te gjithë procesin. Sipas drejtuesve te agjencisë se provimeve këto janë raste te veçanta dhe do te trajtohen si te tilla me dënime individuale për nxënësit qe shkojnë deri ne ngelje te tyre e për administratoret nga pushim nga puna deri ne ndjekje penale. Ndërsa për mësuesit qe u arrestuan një dite me pare Ministria e Arsimit thotë se ata nuk kane qene te përfshirë ne listën e administratoreve. Një dite me pare, parlamenti rinor publikoi imazhe qe tregojnë maturantet ndërsa komunikojnë përmes rrjeteve sociale për përgjigjet e pyetjeve. Por sipas specialisteve, ne 10 pyetjet me zhvillim është e lehte te identifikosh mundësitë e kopjimit, gjë qe nuk mund te thuhet për alternativat ku nxënësit vetëm rrethojnë përgjigjen e sakte.
