127 deputete kane votuar pro kodit te ri zgjedhor ndërkohë qe te vetmit kundërshtarë drafti konsensual ka pasur partitë e vogla. Mediu dhe Oketa kane votuar kundër dhe 3 deputetet e LSI kane abstenuar, duke shprehur rezerva ndaj produktit te bashkëpunimit mes demokrateve dhe socialisteve. Pavarësisht kritikave, kryeministri Berisha dhe bashkëkryetari i komisionit për reformën zgjedhore Gjiknuri kane vlerësuar mbylljen e reformës. Gjate kësaj seance kryeministrit ka kërkuar edhe konsensusin e opozitës për një tjetër reforme qe kërkon 2/3 e votave te parlamentit, kufizimin e imunitetit. Një jave me pare kodi i ri zgjedhor u miratua nga komisioni i posaçëm parlamentar dhe tashme partitë politike do te hyjnë me një kuadër te ri ligjor ne zgjedhjet parlamentare.<br /><br />127 deputies voted in favor of the new election code while opponents only had consensual draft small parties. Mediu and Oketa have voted against and 3 abstained deputies SMI, expressing reservations about the product of cooperation between Democrats and Socialists. Despite criticism, Prime Minister Berisha and co-commission on electoral reform Gjiknuri have estimated the closure of reform. During this session, the Prime Minister has asked the consensus of opposition to another reform that requires 2/3 vote of Parliament, limiting the scope. A week ago the new Code was adopted by a special parliamentary and political parties will now enter a new legal framework in parliamentary elections.
