Disa muaj pas botimit te "Valsit te Lumturisë", Ylljet Alicka i kthehet Tiranes si për te testuar romanin. Shkrimtari me një karriere diplomatike, ambasador i Shqipërisë ne France, tregon se ne veprën e tij te dyte, është përpjekur te tregoje një ngjarje te vërtete, atë te Familjes Popa gjate periudhës se komunizmit dhe futjen e tyre ne Ambasadën Italiane. Aliçka pohon se "Valsi" nuk pati suksesin e romanit te pare "Rrëfenja me ndërkombëtare", por për te, i dyti eshte me i pjekur. Pavarësisht se "Rrëfenjat me Ndërkombëtare" u vlerësuan për stilin, ironinë e sarkazmen qe Alicka përdori për te treguar jeten e diplomateve te huaj ne Shqipëri, autori nuk e sheh romanin te shndërruar ne nje skenar filmi. Per krijuesin e fabulës se filmit te njohur "Parrullat", "Valsi i Lumturisë", pra historia e familjes Popa do te kthehet shume shpejt ne prodhim kinematografik mbi te cilin ai po punon. Nga ana tjetër, Alicka komenton edhe problematiken e skenareve te filmave te sotem shqiptare, te cilët sipas tij, duhet ti largohen klisheve te krijuara. Ne muajin shtator, Alicka do te publikohet ne France me botimin me tregime "Koha e Puthjeve" i SJELLE ne shqip ne vitin 2010.
