Diskutimi nen per nen i ligjit per agjencinë e inteligjencës se mbrojtjes e cila zëvendëson Shërbimin Informativ te Ushtrisë eshte zhvilluar me tensione ne komisionin e Sigurisë. Opozita ka kërkuar raportimin e ministrit te mbrojtjes Arben Imami jo vetëm per ligjin, por edhe per lajmin e publikuar ne mediat e huaja per armët shqiptare te gjendura ne Kongo. Ndërkohë qe nënkryetari socialist i komisionit Ilir Gjoni ka deklaruar se nuk mund te miratohet ky ligj ne një kohe qe nuk ka kaluar ligji për mbikëqyrjen parlamentare mbi shërbimet sekrete. Por kreu i komisionit Leonard Demi i ka ndërprerë fjalën deputetit socialist dhe ky i fundit ka braktisur mbledhjen. Pas disa minutash pushim mbledhja ka rifilluar serish, por maxhoranca nuk ka pranuar asnjë prej propozimeve te PS dhe ka kaluar vetëm me votat e saj 3 nenet e para te ligjit.<br /><br />The discussion below under the law for the defense intelligence agency which replaces the Army Intelligence Service is developed in tension Security Committee.
