Këshilli i Lartë i Drejtësisë me nje vendim unanim me dyer te mbyllura, shkarkoi nga detyra gjyqtarit e Durrësit, Neritan Tabaku, i cili eshte vene nen akuze per shkelje detyre. Gjyqtari tabaku nuk ka zbardhur ne kohe vendimin, qe do ti jepte mundesi prokurorise te apelonte pafajesine per te pandehurin Ilir Xhakja. Ky i fundit, i liruar nga burgu qelloi per vdekje pak muaj me vone shefin e komisiariatit te Shijakut Adem Tahiri. Presidenti i Republikës bujar Nishani, qe mban edhe postin e kreut te KLD, theksoi se është e papranueshme që vetë gjyqtarët te bëhen pengesë per ushtrimin e të drejtave kushtetuese. Nenkryetari i KLD Elvis cefa deklaroi se gjyqtari Tabaku nuk kishte zbardhur mbi 60 dosjeve, duke sjellë pasoja të rënda për dhënien e drejtësisë. Këshilli i Lartë i Drejtësisë ka hedhur shortin për përzgjedhjen e tetë gjyqtarëve, që do jenë pjesë e Kolegjit te ri Elektoral, i cili do të shqyrtojë ankesat zgjedhore për katër vitet e ardhshme. KLD njoftoi se ishin 48 kandidatura, nga gjykatësit e Apelit dhe me short u përzgjodhen tetë emra. Procesi u ndoq nga afer nga perfaqeuesit e partive politike. Vendimi i parë i trupes se kolegjit te ri, eshte padia e PD per ndarjen e mandateve parlamentare per 2013, pasi KQZ nuk arriti te miratonte projekt-vendimin qe kerkon shumice te cilesuar votash. Megjithate PS kembengul se Kolegji Zgjedhor nuk e ka tagrin te ndaje mandatet por vetëm KQZ.
