Shqipëria rrezikon përjashtimin nga disa organizata te rëndësishme ndërkombëtare ku aderon, për shkak te mospagimit te kuotizacioneve. Kreu i diplomacise Edmond Panariti ka kërkuar ndihmën e Komisionit te jashtëm parlamentar për te ushtruar presion ndaj qeverise, për shtesën e fondit prej 1.2 milion eurosh ne buxhetin e vitit 2013. Për opozitën socialiste, projektbuxheti për diplomacinë është i mjere. Ndërsa deputeti i FRD Gazmend Oketa tha se 5 objektivat e ministrisë se jashtme bien ndesh me parashikimet ne buxhet. Ne mungese te mbështetjes financiare, ministri Panariti tha se do te mbyllen disa ambasada shqiptare.<br /><br />Albania risks exclusion of several important international organizations that adheres due to non-payment of subscriptions.
