Partia Socialiste dorezon ne Kuvend kërkesën për ngritjen e një komisioni Hetimor per te verifikuar lëvizjen e popullsisë në disa njësi të qeverisjes vendore në qarkun e Kukësit gjatë periudhës qershor - nëntor 2012, si dhe veprimtarinë e disa organeve shtetërore ne këtë proces.<br />Kërkesa është depozituar nga sekretari për çështjet zgjedhore ne PS, Damian Gjiknuri.
