Dhjetëra shtepi ne zonen e Shkozetit ne Durres, vazhdojne te jene te permbytura, pas reshjeve te diteve te fundit.<br />Ne fakt, zona prane kanalit te hapur tashme eshte kthyer ne nje hapësire qe jeton perdite me ujin, sapo fillon dimri. Bordi i Kullimit per kete arsye nuk ka mundur as ti pastroje dy kanalet e hapura qe gjenden ne zonen e Plazhit dhe Shkozetit.
