More than a month of violence in the West Bank shows no signs of calming down.<br /><br /> Further stabbings have seen the death toll rise to over 100.<br /><br /> A Palestinian man was shot dead following an attempted attack on Israelis, while in a separate incident, a 16-year-old Palestinian girl was run over by a Jewish settler after trying to stab Israelis near the city of Nablus.<br /><br /> In the Gush Etzion region, a 21-year-old Israeli woman was found unconscious following a stabbing. Although rushed to hospital she later died of her wounds. <br /><br /> Israeli forces say they shot and killed her attacker, identified as a thirty-four-year-old man from near Bethlehem.<br /><br /> Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, said defence officials would focus on the Hebron area, where, he said:<br />“We’re conducting arrests, roadblocks and are deploying more forces.
